A $33 million information technology sector fund. The target stages are pre-seed, start-up and the first stage of development. Minimum investments in Québec will be $30 million. Formerly known as Garage Technology Ventures, this fund was restructured in 2008. A new manager joined the team and capitalization went from $50 to $33 million. The investment of FIER Partners, L.P. is now $7,209,302.
A $75 million information technology sector fund. It targets start-up businesses and companies in their first round of financing. Minimum investments in Québec will be $30 million. The investment of FIER Partners, L.P. is $10 million.
A $60.5 million information technology sector fund. The target stages are pre-seed and start-up. Minimum investments in Québec will be $15 million. The investment of FIER Partners, L.P. is $5 million.
A $65 million biotechnology sector fund. Minimum investments in Québec will be $30 million. The investment of FIER Partners, L.P. is $10 million.
A $89 million IT sector fund. Minimum investments in Québec will be $30 million. The investment of FIER Partners, L.P. is $10 million. Closing occurred on February 20, 2007.
A $163 million information technology sector fund. The investment of FIER Partners is $10 million. Closing occurred on June 22, 2007.
A $400 million industrial sector fund. The investment of FIER Partners is $10 million. Closing occurred on June 19, 2007.
A $100 million biotechnology sector fund. Minimum investments in Québec will be $30 million. The investment of FIER Partners is $25 million, including $15 million from the seed component. Closing relating to the seed portion of $15 million occurred on March 1, 2007.
iNovia II, L.P. (formerly MSBi)
An IT, life sciences and clean technology sector fund totalling $107 million, including $15 million from the seed component. Closing of the seed component occurred in December 2007.
GO Capital, L.P. (formerly CapInov)
An information technology and biotechnology seed fund totalling $100 million (including the parallel co-investment agreement with BDC). The investment of FIER Partners, L.P. is $25 million. All investments will be in Québec.
